XP--Installing Programs For All Users

Please help! We just got a new Dell with the XP operating system. I set
myself up as administrator, with non-administrator accounts for my wife and
my son. When I go to install a new program, it is not accessable by them;
for example, Webshots, Outlook Express, PrintMaster--to name a few. Now I
need to install the software for our Epson Stylus Scan 2500, but I'm afraid
it won't cross user profiles either. How can I make applications available
to all users? Also must I configure each program for each user?

I can't find help on this topic ANYWHERE.

Best Regards, Southwest Scott =)
