XP Installation - no cd rom? no floppy?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to install a clean xp installation on a
machine that is a micro pc by Compaq - Evo model... Machine comes with
no cd-rom, no floppy! Is there a way to start a network installation?

These were usually "pre-configured" units with XP already installed on
the hard drive.

However, Compaq did sell a CD-Rom drive (laptop style) for these units
as an option. Do not know if they are still available.
