XP installation issue

I have installed XP pro and can only add "administrator" level user accounts.
When i try to select the "limited" option, I cannot because the radio button
is grayed out. Has anyone experienced this issue?
 
Did you create a user account during the installation?

If not, you may be logged on with the built-in system administrator account. Create another Administrator account and log-in with the new account. Now try to create the Limited account from there.
