We have a PC that was having issues, so it was time to reboot. It was also
time to install the updates that came out the other day.

So I selected Install Updates and Shutdown. It went through the first 2 of
7 quickly, but has been sitting on 3 of 7 for a while now.

Does anyone know if one of the recent updates takes a while to install? I
don't recall other PCs taking as long.

Has anyone ever have the install comptley hang? And if it does, is there
anything you can do besides turn it off and hope it doesn't mess anything
up?

Yes someone posted with this same issue recently. No there was nothing he
could do but turn it off. I don't know the out come, he didn't post back
the results. I am not sure what you mean by the PC was having issues so it
was time to reboot. In the future for windows update issues it's best to
post to the windows update newsgroup.

Good luck.
