xp install and no pictures

HELP! My company just gave us new computers. The trouble
is that Outlook Express will not show picture attachments
now (at least the .jpg's that have been sent so far) Is
there something missing or that needs to be activated to
get this important feature back? I believe the OS is NT
since it is a government group.
 
Try; Tools, Options, Security, Uncheck "Do Not allow attachments", OK...Hope
this helps...
