XP-IE6 "Page Cannot Be Displayed Error Message"

While running Internet Explorer 6.0 on my XP system I can
log on to the internet but when I attempt to access
secure sites which I could access in the past, I get
the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message. This pertains to
my online banking, my brokerage accounts, etc.

You might need to instal java.
