Every time I click on a internet link with one currently
open it just take me to that page. Without opening a new
window for it. To view 2 or more page I have to open a
bunch of new windows manually. Any idea how to fix this?

Try unchecking "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts." under Browsing on
the Advanced page of the Internet Properties Control Panel applet.

Try this:

Click on Tools, then Internet Options. Now click the Advanced tab and
scroll down to "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" and, if it's checked,
uncheck it then OK out.
