it used to be that windows would go into the blue screen of death. now, by
default, it just reboots itself. usually that happens when a software
starts to mess up with the system. so in order to protect itself, windows
steps back and reboots LOL!
try to locate the software that is messing up the system and then you can
uninstall it. are you using zone alarm? if you are, you might want to try
the latest version as there was a version before that messes windows up.
but now, it's all good.
