Is it a retail copy or did it come from an OEM? If it's an OEM you need to
contact them.

In addition to the other replies find someone who has the exact CD you have
and copy it. The two have to match as to:

XP Home
Full retail vs. upgrade vs. generic OEM vs. branded OEM
Language version
