XP Home won't install update #KB825119

From Windows update page I downloaded and tried to install
security update #KB825119. It downloads but won't install
and there are no virus scan programs running. Help?!

Hello John,
What is the error message you get?
Will any other patches install?
Is you system currently compromised? Virus, Blaster, Trojan attack?
