XP Home to XP Pro

Hi, Has anyone bought a laptop with XP home and then used an authorised CD of
XP Pro to change the OS on the laptop? Your suggestions are most welcome. To
complicate things, mine XP home is in German and XP pro I have bought in
english. Needless to say, I want to stay with english.

Thanks for helping out!

best regards,
Micky

Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot upgrade from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full English Version" of Windows XP, then perform
a "clean install".
