XP HOME SP2 Blocking MDB?

I have an mdb file in a zip archive on my desktop and when I try and
extract it I get Windows has blocked access to this potentially harmful
file? I cannot find anything on this. I know how to unblock from
Outlook but I dont' know why xp is blocking it I guess cause it has a
bunch of vba code in it. Any ideas on how to unblock this? Thanks

Right-click the zip file and go to properties. There will be an option to
unblock the file there.
 
Thanks, that was it, would have never thought it was on the zip file
cause was extracting some of the files.
