XP Home - Outlook 2002 - empty Address Book after fresh install

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but trying to find the right forum is a
nightmare.

I've recently had a disk crash and had to do a full reinstall. It would
appear that the Outlolok backup program has not backed up my email address
book although all my mail entries can be restored.

Is there anyway I can recreate my address book?

Thanks.

A full reinstall could mean a couple of things....
1. Dirty install - a re-install over an existing installation.
2. Clean install - a full install after a formatting of the drive.

If you did #1, your address book was probably written over, replaced
unless you copied a backup to an alternate location. If you did a #2
( don't say it), then it is LONG gone... because when you format a
drive, the format is wiping the drive clean (so to speak) and anything
on it is virtually gone.... I say virtually because I could get it
back...

Sure.... remember who was in your address book and start re-entering
them now!!! Get started!!!
