I just did a clean install on my IBM Thinkpad 600X with XP Home. It is
hanging up at the start screen. You see the bar moving across a few times
and then it just stops. It will start if safe mode and shows no other
problems...Any ideas?
Thanks
j.

Did you visit the IBM support web site and download / install the
Windows XP drivers recommended for your specific IBM ThinkPad
model?

Yes, I have all the drivers. But, when I went to manage/device manager
everything is working just fine! I haven't even installed any of the IBM
Special tools yet. But, if device manager say's everything is ok and working
properly what do I do??
Thanks,
j.
