XP home freezes after logging on successfully

My official XP Home SP2 which came with the latest drivers in my Acer
Aspire notebook, frequently freezes after logging into OS
successfully.

Desktop and system tray icons are loaded successfully. But sometimes
after that, i cannot launch apps like ie6 or 7 msn or my documents...
Cursor stops at hourglass position.

My hijackthis report is clear.

Also i had screenshot of my processes and here it is:

I tried different combinations of services and start-up items with no
solution.

I really need help. Please...

Thank you...

Use services.msc *NOT* msconfig.exe!

Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK

Why can't I use msconfig to change my services?

The reason is because with msconfig and Hardware Profiles, you can disable
services that may be vital to boot your system. With the management console
(services.msc) you cannot. Also, msconfig, while unchecking the box, is
disabling the service.

The "Disable All" button also scares me. It should not even be there as no
reason exists to justify disabling "everything."

Hi Wesley, which services are known to cause freeze?
Which services should be disabled?

I set automatic some services which are started although they're set
to ''manual''.

Thanks for your interest.

Hi Wesley, which services are known to cause freeze?

The Indexing service is known to be a resource hog. But, it is not
necessarily a service causing your freezing problem.
Which services should be disabled?

That is the 64 thousand dollar question. It takes some trial and error to
decide what services that you actually need running. Here are some guides.

I set automatic some services which are started although they're set
to ''manual''.

Manual means that a service will be loaded on demand or started when needed
for something. Very few services actually follow this rule. If you find
you need a service, place it into Automatic.
