None.
Excel, Word, etc are part of Microsoft Office and have never been included
in any operating system.
What program are you looking for?

Office products are sold separately. Try M$ Office 2003 Standard OEM on cd, good
for one computer only. It can be found for around $200 on the internet on places
that specialize in such things. Office 2003 can be found for less if you are a
teacher or student at retail stores, installable on up to 3 machines (not sure
if you get Power Point with that though). It can be found for $400 if you buy M$
Office 2003 Standard at retail stores, but it won't be OEM and you could install
it on more than 1 machine, but read the fine print about that.

Some of us don't have any problems with Outlook on stand alone systems.
Moreover, seasoned users like yours sincerely have access to Hotmail
account(s) via Outlook or Outlook Express.

Can't survive w/o Outlook or OE.
