K Ken Blake, MVP Apr 12, 2009 #4 Hi, I have Windows XP, Home Edition, Service Pack 2. When will Updates Stop being sent? Click to expand... Sent? Updates are never sent, and if you receiving them by E-mail, almost certainly they were not sent by Microsoft and are malware. If you mean When will Updates Stop being available, the answer is when they are no longer needed.
