XP home edition error

can anyone help a computer novice - after Turning on compuer four users are displayed (as set up) but when I click on to a user after loading my settings I have an error message . WJ View Error - could not execute main: system cannont find file specified but when I click OK message goes and able to access internet or files I need
any help greatly appreciated
