Hi I have a few pc's that can all connect to a win 2k
domain these machines are running xp pro.. how do I get a
machine running Xp home to joing this domain

Windows XP Home doesn't have the capability to join a domain. However, it is
possible to access data from a domain server. Please visit

Can XP Home join a domain and access the network resources

You can't join XP Home Edition to a domain. However, you may have two
options to access the domain network resources. 1) Logon local machine using
a domain user account. 2) create a workgroup to match the domain name and
also use the domain user account to logon.
