XP Home has been newly installed on my computer. When I
turn the program (and system) off, it looks as if the PC
is booting down, but then after a "no signal" message is
displayed on the LCD monitor, XP boots up again.
The only way I have been able to turn the system off is to
hit the power button when the "no signal" message is
displayed.
What can I do to get XP to really turn everything off?
Thanks for any tips!
