xp home does not see xp pro workgroup

Hello,
I have an small peer to peer xp pro workgroup of 4 workstations joined to
the default mshome workgroup. We have a visitor that has a xp home laptop
that visits our office. She is able to use the laptop for networking outside
of our LAN on other networks, however she is not able to communicate and see
our machines inside our LAN. What is the first place I should look for
fixing this issue , any suggestions humbly appreciated. Thank you.

You may have to:

1) Have her Home laptop "join" your workgroup.

2) Create "her" account on the other PCs.

Probably the best, and quickest, way to get her laptop going will be to run
the Networking Wizard and make sure she's using the same workgroup name
(MSHOME is not the default workgroup name on an installed system, so unless
she's changed it, hers is probably still WORKGROUP)

Hello Joe,
If the previous suggestions do not correct the conflict does the laptop have
Zone Alarm or similar applications? Zone Alarm and other very similar
applications prevent that HD from recognizing and/or loading other HDs...
