XP Home Conversion to Spanish

I just purchased a new Compaq 5200 series and during the
initilization process of xp home, I chose the option for
Spanish conversion. After all questions were answered,
the system started the conversion and hung for several
hours.Does anyone know how to do the conversion once
initial installation is complete?
