Is it integrated to the motherboard or is it on a PCI slot? If integrated,
make sure it is enabled in the BIOS and correct driver installed. If PCI,
make sure it is seated firmly on the slot and have the correct drivers
installed.

Hello

Can you provide maybe your pc type and model, or even if you know
the type of network card that you have installed. Also do you have the
latest and correct drivers for it. Provide that info and one would be
better able to assist you.

Also you could have a defective card.

Get updated drivers or buy a more current card. They are cheap and since
you did not post the model we do not know or can give advice on it.
