XP HOME AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING

I was working on a few computers that were networked and one of them was
Professional. I could not get that one on the network no matter what I
tried. I did run into a few problems.
1.> The Home edition PC's were able to download all the updates, including
SP2, but the Professional edition computer kept downloading the same 2
critical security updates over and over again and I was not able to download
SP2 on that one.

What does that mean exactly? Are you trying to share files/printers between
them?

I did run into a few problems.

Might want to post this as a separate question in
microsoft.public.windowsupdate. Include any error messages you're getting.

Sorry, no email replies - ask in a group, read the answer in a group. In
addition, note that posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post,
