XP Home and XP Professional sharing a folder

Hi,

We have a network of XP professional PCs and a server (Server 2003) set up
on a domain, but one of the computers on our network is only running XP Home
(and so cant see the shared folders on the domain controller (server).

Is it possible to share a folder on one of the Professional PCs with the XP
home PC (via peer-to-peer networking)?

We've tried, but the Home PC Doesn't seem to be able to see the shared
folder.

Thanks for any help

While XP Home can't join a domain, it can share domain resources. See:

Windows XP Home - Accessing data on a Domain Server -

This is an old article and references older servers, but it is still
applicable.

Thanks for this Malke,

Seems to be working, one problem though could you tell me how to find the
"domain name" "(not the name of the Domain Server ! )"

Thanks again
