XP Home and access to the IIS (Internet Information Services)

Can anyone tell me how to access the Internet Information Services (IIS) on
XP Home? I need to check that my bandwith throttling has been disbaled.

Any ideas anyone?
 
Hi

IIS isn't available with XP Home. You will need to upgrade to XP Pro to be
able to use IIS.
