XP Home - access denied ??

Recently computer #1 had a mother board problem so I
purchased another CPU with windows XP installed. I
installed the hard drive from computer #1 into computer
#2 so I could access all my old files but it will not
allow me stating "access denied".... Is there something I
can do to access these files???

if the files are not encrypted, check/update the ntfs
permissions and take ownership if needed ->

mode if xphome or use this program to enable viewing of
the security tab in normal mode ->

if they are encrypted(probably green filenames), you will
need to export the old key into your current profile.
