I have XP Home Edition & purchased a new motherboard and processor, I just
noticed that the Celeron processor is a 64 bit processor, will there be any
problems running XP Home with this processor?

Thanks for the help.......

No. Most processors now days are 64 bit. It's the operating systems,
drivers and programs that haven't totally caught up with the hardware. The
32 bit OS you have should work fine as long as you have drivers for the
motherboard and all peripheral products that will hook to the motherboard
that work in XP.

No. If you run a 32-bit operating system, a 64-bit processor will run
just as if it were a 32-bit processor.
