It's not a Windows operating system file and a google search returned
nothing of value.

It looks like its a reference to a start up item that's been uninstalled but
not cleared from the registry properly. Or maybe a file that's been deleted
by a anti-spyware/antivirus software. Does that give you any clues?
How confident do you feel about editing the Windows registry?

to open the registry editor open a run prompt and type regedit into the
text box then press ok.
You have to be very very very careful what you delete in there, you can
break Windows if you do something wrong. Before you attempt to do anything
in here do a little research first online.
The key\folder to check is and it lists programs that will run on start up.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Perhaps a safer method is to open a run prompt and type msconfig into
the text box then press ok This program lets you decide which programs you
want Windows to run automatically on start up.
