Go to Help in Outlook, click Contact Us, then follow the links to phone
support.
You might also try support in the appropriate newsgroup. Go to the
following link, scroll the list on the left to Outlook, select and try
posting your problem there: http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp
