XP Help and Support

Upgraded Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop from OEM Home Edition
to Windows XP Professional. Update had no problems.
Deleted thru Add/Remove all del suppport application. All
is gone except the Help and Support was not overriden to
Windows XP Help & Support with the update. How do I get
back the Windows Help & Support. It's on the Cd-rom, why
did it not install.
