XP HE one one acct always opens win Exp

One one of two accounts on my Win XP Home Edition, every time it logs on, it
opens Eindows Explorer to folder System32. Any guidance on how to stop this
action?
I don't see anything in Startup or other spots that I could think of looking.

Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.
