XP games with D3D or OpenGL - hangs and reboots

Sorry if this is too long. First of all, my PC:
MSI K7N420 Pro > http://www.msi.com.

AMD Duron 1.3 Morgan
2 X 128 MB SpecTek DDR RAM (266 Mhz)
350w Supply
OnBoard: GeForce 2 MX 440 + MCP Audio Processing Unit
Soft: Windows XP Professional + SP1a; DirectX 9.0b;
Forceware 53.03 + nForce lastest drivers.

The problem is, when I play some games, at 30' or an hour
it crashes and goes to the desktop (Warcraft 3, Jedi Knight
2 - Outcast, Half Life + Counter Strike, Quake 3 Arena) or
goes to and nice BSOD (GTA - Vice City, Deus Ex, Commandos
3, Battlefield 1942).
I cannot play the last one for more than 15' =(.

Things like FAULT_PAGE_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA or IRQ_NOT... ,
sometimes the dll is the driver dll but is VERY variable.

Many thing point to my RAM, but I checked out with
memtest86 for more than 6 hours, from Windows and with a
boot disk: no errors.

I discovered this thing with Dr. Watson.exe:

Possible Solutions: Change my RAM, or change my Video Card.
But I do not have many $ to change the two. What do you
say?

My money would be on a real video card.

He can first try to update the video card drivers and chipset drivers before
buying anything.

Geforce drivers are found @ www.nvidia.com

Chipset driver, he needs to check with MSI.
