Winlogon access violation

Fred W.

Hello everyone!

I hope this is the correct place to post this. Some of my users have been
complaining of an error with the Windows logon system process. It's
throwing a BSOD with a C000021a error.

DRWTSN32's minidump shows:
eax=00000000 ebx=00000000 ecx=7ffdf000 edx=00000000 esi=00000000 edi=
eip=0100df06 esp=0006f1d0 ebp=0006f21c iopl=0 nv up ei pl zr na pe
cs=001b ss=0023 ds=0023 es=0023 fs=003b gs=0000 efl=
0100df06 891a mov dword ptr [edx],ebx ds:0023:00000000

I'm guessing this is breaking due to a RAS Service issue? I'm just not
sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have searched everywhere
and not really gotten any more information.
