XP Full or Upgrade?

Is there a legitimate reason to go with the full version
of XP rather than upgrading W98?

you bet there is. The first being that with a full retail
version you get all the disks as well as all the manuals
and Microsoft support. I purchased XP HE as an OEM two yrs
ago and have regretted it ever since. Good luck.
