XP firewall now have problems with netmeeting & Messenger

Since enabling XP firewall I'am having problems with audio & video on netmeeting and audio problems on messenge
(i.e people are able to hear and see me but i am unable to see or hear them
and have disabled XP firewall but the same problem persist
need help

If you've disabled the firewall (unwise) and still have the problem, I doubt
the problem is with the firewall. Was this working before? Have you changed
any settings in netmeeting or messenger?

I have not changed any settings on netmeeting or Messenger , I just enabled the Firewall found Netmeeting and Messenger not working and read somewhere XP Firewall blocked the ports these programs use and Disabled the Firewall but the problem persisted

Is there any way of telling if the necessary ports (blocked by XP Firewall) to these programs are still blocked and if so how to unblock them
