This is an adult content dialer that has installed itself on your system.

Run a virus scan making sure that your definitions are up to date before
running the scan.

Download, install and run Ad Aware, www.lavasoftusa.com and check for
updates for that as well. Ad Aware should be able to detect and remove
this.
