XP Error

Latest NVIDIA drivers causing serious system hang. Message
produces "The system has just recovered from a serious
error". When sending error report, Microsoft indicates
that the NVIDIA graphics card drivers are to blame. The
drivers have been uninstalled and replaced with the latest
International ones, but to no avail. I found some software
that should fix it by cleaning out the registry and
replacing the drivers with an older version. What is
Microsoft's take on this?

Hi,

I did the NVIDIA updates from the Windows Update website
that were released July 28, 2003 and October 6, 2003 -
presumably English.

I, too, have a complaint: My AOL screen does not cover
the desktop screen and the whole thing now is smaller
than the monitor's screen. But my system is ok.

I agree that the old stuff worked fine! I will come back
to see if someone answers as to how to get back to the
old ones! What about System Restore? Driver Rollback?

Either one should do it. I would roll the Driver back via the Device Manager
if you can. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
