XP Error - Event 7031

The RPC Service Stops with Event ID 7031 Remote Procedure
Call service terminated unexpectedly. This happens every
time I go to the Internet. Also get "Generic Host
Resources for Win32 Services window and the system shut
itself down. Files listed are svchost.exe.mdmp and
accompat.txt.

I found a Technet article with a fix for Windows 2000, but
is there a fix for Windows XP????

Your computer appears to have been infected by a nasty new worm.
To remove the worm, please read the instructions provided below:

you can prevent your computer from shutting down by clicking Start / Run.
Type SHUTDOWN -A. Click OK.
