XP embedded to embedded standard upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade an embedded FP2007 installation to embedded
standard, or must I re-purchase the toolset?

So all the hundreds of systems in the field with XPe SP2 stickers will not
work with the new images? I can't update them with the new tools without
purchasing all new stickers?

Are you sure?

I thought that XPe license stickers are valid for WES deployment. You can
update XPe systems in the field with your WES image or you can use
existing sticker to ship new WES image.

Your distributor should be able to answer these questions though.
