Xp embedded on 64 bit motherboard

Can I use Xp embedded to build an image for a 64bit motherboard and 64bit
processor?

For the PowerPC, Sparc, Itanicum, etc, - you can't.

For the AMD64 and EM64T - that's pretty OK, but of course they will work
as usual 32-bits CPU.
