Now that i have installed xp home i have two drives, mt c
drive which is a fat32 drive, and my d drive which is a
NTFS drive.

I am running out of room on my d drive (114 mb left)

My c drive had plenty (20.3 gb left).

I caanot seem to move anything else from one to the other
without screwing things up...

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Did you install XP on your D drive? If so, you should be able to see
the C: drive and just move the Files. If you installed XP on your C drive
then you won't be able to see the NTFS drive. Are they Partitions
or Separate Drives?

I thought I had installed it on my c drive. I am not
sure if they are partitions or separate drives. They
seem to be separate drives... however there are a lot of
things on both, and if i delete something on the d drive,
it stops working, even if i saw it before on the c drive
as well. does this make sense?

What kind of files do you have on the D: that you want to move? Also,
find out where the Windows Folder is
residing C: or D: That will tell you where the OS or XP is located.
