XP does not show all Folders in OE

Hi,
This is a second time I ask for this help. New XP, in Windows 98 could go to C:\Windows/All Applications Data/Identities/Outlook Express to my Folders. Now in XP there's no All Appl.../... . I saved all my 98 OE folders in "one" Folder in Zip Drive, want to move that "one" Folder into my XP's Outlook Express(OE) and don't know where to find it. I "moved"it to C:\ProgramFiles/OE, but that "one" Folder is not in my OE's list of folders, also, in C:\... all the folders there are not seen in OE too. Can you help me find how to move them all so they are seen into, and use them in XP's OE? Thanks for your time.
I changed the Option Folders to View All Folders (Hidden too) and the Outlook Express because I was told that "Windows XP hides the Local Settings/Application data which is where outlook stores files", but it still does not show the Zip Drive "one" Folder I moved into C:\ProgramFiles/OutlookExpress, and the other folders not seen. Is there anything I can do to fix that? Thanks

Xp stores the OE files here:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME}\Local
Settings\Application Data\Identities\{B1A84276-9B66-4454-
B912-7D2F11AE680D}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
