XP disk cannot install ntmssvc.dll

I am reinstalling my operating system from my XP disk.
While installing, it stops and warns me that it cannot
install ntmssvc.dll. Cannot find any info on this. Is it
ok to skip? Thanks, Chris

Thats part of remote storage services. I dont think it will no boot a
machine if its not present but I would definately figure out why you cant
install it because you should be able to. Is the CD scratched in any way?
Do you have other files that wont install? Is this a format, clean install,
or something inplace?
