How can i install a Japanese version of XP when i'm only have English
version of the XP installation CD ?

or is there a way to change to english version to japanese version after
english installation completed ?

You purchase the Japanese version of Windows XP.
Your license of the English version does not transfer to a Japanese version.

Sorry you can't switch. You'll need to purchase a copy of XP in Japanese
and either do a clean install replacing the English version or a dual boot
with both the English and Japanese versions.

No. You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the
OS to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
