Hi.
Ive got a msi K8N Neo mo/bo 3200amd 64bit cpu with two SATA 160GB mator
drives. Win Xp pro .
I've just done a reformat just to tidy things up...start a fresh as it were.
Started to reinstall xp. it said do i want to install raid....i pressed F6.
when It asked for the floppy i put it in and it said " cannot find nvraid"
setup was aborted....The next time i tried i pushed F6 but this time it didnt
ask for the floppy. Windows loaded fine. But when i go to the bios to turn on
raid the pc says " NTLDR is missing....if i then set the boot up drive to the
SCSIO drive the pc just keeps restating after the raid window ( the F6 bit)
does anyone know how I can get the raid drivers into the pc so it works. I
have a floppy... I also tried going to Nvidia and geting a raid update...this
didnt seem to work...Do i need to reinstall XP? what about it saying cant
find nvraid file.
Many thanks for any help.

Phill, rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>you
will probably see a yellow mark next to
SCSI Controllers or Raid Controllers. Rt click on it and select update or
reinstall drivers. Make sure that the floppy with
the drivers is in the Flop Drive. Then just follow the instructions.

Your Welcome. My last two Motherboards have Raid Controllers so I can
load those drivers in my sleep.
