xp dektop color

Someone could tell me how can i change the colors of the
character showed on the desktop?
I whant a black background and a green character!

If you mean the icon text, you can't change that from Windows.

The desktop colour can be changed from the Display applet in Control Panel
using the Appearance tab> Advanced button and then browse throught the list
for desktop. You cannot change the text colour from Windows. It doesn't
allow it.
