XP COA Country of Origin

I purchased a Home Edition full retail (non-OEM) and the COA looks quite authentic with security pattern but also says, Origin: Ireland. Will this still work in the USA? I'm afraid to open the shrink wrapping.
 
It may be that it was manufactured in Ireland. The only way
to resolve your inquiry is to contact Microsoft directly:
