i have been using backup with cd utility on xp for two years. when you backup
it writes a read only file to C:documents&settings/.....cdburning. then the
balloon pops up asking if you want to write the file that is waiting, drop in
the cd, it burns the new file over the old file and done. now, the balloon
will not pop up although the file is being written to the hard drive. No
software blocks from quick books for the new year, burner is working fine.
any ideas or where can I get to the system utility file for the xp burner
program.
