XP Bridge broken

Sandeep Khanna

Hi Everyone,

WinXP Professional
-------------------------------
| |
| | bridge |
CISCO VoIP| Cross | Wired ____ Wireless | Wireless
device | Cable | Ethernet / \ adapter | link
OR |xxxxxxxx|------------| |--------------------
Any | | |
computer | | |
| -------------------------------

Above is my current setup. The network bridge is *not*
working. The properties of the Network bridge reveal that
Bytes sent have atleast some value, But, the bytes
received are 0 (*zero*)

Moreover, Whenever the bridge is activated, the DHCP
server (another computer) logs seem to be flooded with
DEAUTHEN packets coming from the CISCO device and the
Wireless LAN adapter as identified by their MAC addresses.

What's wrong?? MVPs?

Thanks for posting the solution. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to
answer your question fast enough to satisfy you. This Google web page
shows that I've posted the answer many times over the past two years:

http://groups.google.com/[email protected]&lr=&num=100&hl=en

Please remember that this is a peer support news group, where people
answer questions as their time allows. IMHO, it's un-realistic to
expect an instant answer, or even one within a few hours.

Please post any reply as a follow-up message in the news group
for everyone to see. I'm sorry, but I don't answer questions
addressed directly to me in E-mail or news groups.

Well Steve, maybe Sandeep doesn't appreciate you, but there are many
others here who do. Thanks for spending your valuable time here.
